🚐 MAT On-Demand Transport

This is a public transportation service operated using 8-passenger minibuses. It will significantly expand travel options. Agile, flexible, and adaptable, this service requires registration for first-time use and can be booked up to one hour before departure. We offer a mobility solution tailored to each individual’s needs. The vehicle can therefore pick up multiple passengers along its route who are heading in the same direction. 

130 Transport à MAT Demande stops throughout the region, with 26 connections  to the MAT urban network.

⏰ SERVICE HOURS
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM  
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM  
Sunday and holidays: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

📲 HOW TO BOOK?
I sign up for the service via the MAT app, on the website, or by phone at 02 99 40 19 22*
 I book my ride through one of these 3 channels without paying for my fare (MAT app / website / phone) 
 My departure or arrival time may vary by ±10 minutes
I receive a text message and/or email 1 hour before pickup with the actual departure time
 I go to the requested stop 5 minutes before the vehicle arrives
I signal to the driver
I validate my ticket or purchase a ticket on board for €2

 Are you a person with reduced mobility (PRM)? Please specify this when you call so that we can provide an accessible vehicle.

*The call center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (mornings only during summer vacation).
