The main ticketing office, located inside the Saint-Malo SNCF station, provides information and sells tickets for the MAT, Illenoo, and SNCF networks.

It is served by the majority of MAT lines (except lines 6, 7, 8, 11,12 and 13) at the "Gares" (railway station) stop.

Agents are available to:

  • Provide information on routes, times, and services on the MAT network, including printed maps and timetables
  • Help you find solutions for your travel requirements
  • Sell all MAT fares (except the single ticket, sold only on board MAT buses), as well as advise you on appropriate travelcard or ticket options

The ticket office is open :

  • from Monday to Friday from 8.45 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.15 pm
  • on Saturday from 9 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm
